Can someone help deconstruct the sentence "Hicieron usted su tarea para hoy?"
Actually, ¿hicieron usted su tarea para hoy? is incorrect.
As you say, for the third person plural the correct way to say it is:
¿Hicieron ustedes su tarea para hoy?
