@JoulSauron: It does seem rare but still seems possible. What about a boy learning to shave asking his dad, "How do you shave?" (or "How does one shave?")? Wouldn't that be reflexive (afeitarse since you're shaving yourself) and impersonal (he's asking how one shaves in general, not how his dad in particular shaves)?
