Wow, I'm not the only one who thinks Khan Academy ought to teach languages! Anyways, "asking for resources" is generally frowned upon on Q&A sites, since it is hard to give a definitive answer. On top of that, everyone learns differently, so what might work for me, may not for you. I suggest that you just search Google and Amazon.com a bit. You'll find many resources such as this or these. See what fits you. Often times you'll reference many sources, and since none of them can give you all the answers, the more you have, the better. Cheers! :)
