How does portuñol work and how effective is it? Good idea on using a meta question to set a precedent for these types of questions. |

How does portuñol work and how effective is it? But it's about the usage of Spanish, is it really that off topic? |

Are there regions or dialects which use both “tú” and “vos”? I heard it a good amount of 'vos' in Cochabamba and occasionally in La Paz too. Although, they may just have been people from Tarija using it. |
