It is common in medical circles because as the name indicates its where you get blood. "Sangradura"=(bleeding spot) and "sangreria"=(bleeding mess)

comment How to say instead (when at the end of a sentence)
Porque "en vez" es una simple substitusion quado la posision no es inportante. Si tienes una equasion en el que la posicion es critica usa "en lugar." Depende donde queres poner la inportancia en replaso o posicion.

comment How to say instead (when at the end of a sentence)
if you translate (Do Y instead of X) to "Usa Y en vez de X" yo must use the X. If you use (Use Y instead). Then "Usa Y en vez" and there still fragments. Same rules.

comment Translation of “to play favorites”
It is traditionally say that your "Consentido(a)" is your favorite child because you let them getaway with stuff. And "prferido" is a person hum you give all the easy jobs to when you have a choice.

You are correct *hallar" implied that you where searching where "Encontre" does not." "Allazgo" still works because it suggest something you have always wanted. I forgot to put this in my answer. Good catch.

Thank you for pointing this out. I'm severely disleksic so the problem is I cant see the misspellings and when the spellchecker gives me options I cant tell what is the correct one. Es muy frustrante saver la respuesta y no poder escrbilo apropiadamente.

comment What is the plural of 'Cuba Libre' (the beverage)?
I see your correction and by the RAE you are correct. I was taught never to pluralize a proper name obviously incorrect. My Spanish is old school I will refrain from further answers.
