comment ¿Cómo se pueden identificar palabras árabes en español?
So my grammar is (often) terrible. Please, please edit if there are subject/verb/gender agreement issues. :D

comment What is the correct order of object pronouns?
Yes -- there, that's an indirect object pronoun, since the verb (to be important) is happening to you. By contrast, reflexive pronouns are things one does to oneself -- you bathe yourself (ducharse), you dress yourself (vestirese), etc.

comment Usage of “adiós” in the Basque country
Can you expound upon this at all? I'd like to know more about how/if adios gained/maintained forcible connotation. :D

comment Is there an equivalent, in Spanish, for the interrobang?
And yes, I know this is in English. I've avoided asking questions on here in English so far, but this one was too hard to machine-translate!

Eek. I am clearly just so bad at this whole spelling thing. I know why I messed it up; the usual conjugation requires an accent (andar => andáis) but ir does not.

comment What are the main differences between Spanish in Spain and Spanish in Latin America?
Also, certain words such as coger should NOT be used in Latin America. (Well, at least in Mexico.) They have different connotations in different locations. Similarly, taco in Spain is palabrota in Latin America.

I blame the keyboard; it's literally the most frustrating thing ever to have to hit the stupid NumLock key with the weirdest keystroke ever. Seriously, who uses Scroll Lock more than NumLock?!
