no creo que "wey" sea lo suficientemente popular en sud américa (salvo en Chile) como para ponerlo como ejemplo. En Paraguay, Argentina, Uruguay y Bolivia nunca he escuchado un "wey"

As a native Argentine speaker this is correct. "Usted" it's only used formally (to show respect to elder people or business). "Vos" is the usual way here otherwise. I believe this is only in Argentina and Uruguay, not the other Spansih speaking countries.
