comment “Ir a” versus future tense when asking a question
It usually does but it can mean a future o sporadic action depending of the context´-"Voy a ir a México" -"enserio?, ¿Cúando vienes?. '-"I'm going to Mexico" -"Really?, When are you comming?"´

I'm mexican and I also use them indifferently, I would even use: ¿Cuándo vienes?

And is more casual, you can tell a friend ¡Dámelo! but you probably tell your boss: "Me lo da".

comment “Sketchy” in Spanish
@TheBronx you are right! I assumed that by sketchy it mean something curious, good and cute not at all like the sentence in the new coment, like something bad or marginal.

comment Exception to the Phonetic Rule
I'm so sorry I just listen the "g" on every one of them maybe my ear is more trained, the gu- and the "e" or the "i" pronounced fast gives the "we"-"wi" sound ("gu-e", "gu-i"), and it is very diferent from the "ue"-"ui".
