How widespread was (or is) the phrase “La mamá de Tarzán”? "Creerse la mamá de Tarzan" is seldom used here in Colombia in popular speech and with the same meaning (to be conceited); another expression used around here with the same meaning is "Creerse la última Coca-Cola del desierto". |

Are there any subtle differences between “de nuevo” and “otra vez”? I don't agree with this. In your example, "de nuevo" and "otra vez" are completely interchangeable; only context will determine if the intended meaning is that of "all over again". |

Words for “East” and “West” in Spanish? De nada. A propósito, "Saliente" y "Naciente" se usan también para "Este" y "ocaso" se usa para "Oeste". |

Are there regions or dialects which use both “tú” and “vos”? It should be "Valluno" (and not "Bayuno") since it means "del Valle". |

How prevalent is the phrase “qué padre”? Also not used -but probably understood (thanks to The Simpsons Mexican translation)- in Colombia. |

Is there a name for words having two opposite meanings? Gracias. Me parece curioso que "enantiosemia" no aparezca en el DRAE. |

What is the difference between different ways of expressing desire and intention? "Me provoca" could also be in your list. At least in Colombia, we don't use "Me antoja" but "Se me antoja". |
