The question would be "¿cómo se afeita uno?", and I think the reflexive "se" is lost, the "se" is for the impersonal. An expert would be useful now...

The point is that I don't think this would happen (merging a reflexive and an impersonal), since both are exclusive (either it's reflexive or it's impersonal).
