According to the Wikipedia, it can be "Fulano de Tal", "Juan Pérez" or "Juan del Pueblo".

Also used are "Mengano", "Zutano", "Perengano" and "Perico de los Palotes".

Get answers to practical, detailed questions
Focus on questions about an actual problem you have faced. Include details about what you have tried and exactly what you are trying to do.
Ask about...
- Spanish linguistics, orthography or etymology
- Dialect differences
- Usage, word choice, grammar, and pronunciation
- Problems encountered by people learning Spanish
